Warranty and Fitment
Our used auto parts professionally pulled and check by mechanics from quality donor vehicles. Parts are tested and are assumed to be in good working condition, but there is always a risk of failure with used parts or damage to the part during transit. Any defects may be noted in the item description but the buyer should closely inspect the photos prior to purchase. QFA does not guarantee paint condition on exterior parts and you should assume they will be paint to match, although many parts will look great and can be just bolted on.
Buyers are expected to do their own research to ensure parts you want will fit your vehicle. We are not responsible for incompatible parts from model to model or year to year. Models differ from year to year, and it is up to the purchaser to ensure proper fitment of parts to their vehicle. We try to offer suggested makes, models, and years that each product fits, but do not guarantee fitment on anything other than the exact year and model of the vehicle it was removed from. Likewise, any fitment details are merely a suggestion, it can not always be 100% accurate because of differences in model, trim, engine and drivetrain, ect.
We warranty our parts for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not warranty any labor or damage to the parts from installation or negligence.
You may return most NEW, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, you MUST Contact Us first with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. The buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping and returned parts may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer's refund will be minus the shipping charged to send the purchased item. The shipping charge is non-refundable.
We ship most items to the lower 48 States in the USA for the fixed shipping price calculated at checkout. We can even ship some items to Alaska and Hawaii with little or no extra cost but buyers need to contact us first before purchasing. We can also do international shipping on some items, so if you are outside the U.S.A. so please contact us about a quote on shipping and customs fees.
Most items can be shipped can be shipped within 1 business day once your payment is received , however some larger items being shipped ground freight may take a few days.
Shipments may come via USPS, Fedex, or Ground Freight. If you are not able to accept one of these shipping services, you must let us know before purchasing so we can accommodate you.
Local pickup is available from our warehouse in Tempe, AZ at no charge. Please contact us if you are interested in picking up your item locally and we can easily schedule a convenient time for you.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
